Why are blueberries a superfood for dogs?

Don’t be fooled by their size, blueberries pack a punch! They contain the highest amount of antioxidants of any fruit. Anthocyanins (the compound that gives blueberries their amazing colour) help to eliminate toxic free radicals in the body which is linked to lowering many types of cancer.

Is dandelion amazing for dog health too?

Yes it is! Dandelion is really one of a kind. Known by most as an annoying weed, its true power has been discovered in recent years. Dandelion offers a broad spectrum of medicinal and nutritional benefits; it aids digestion, reduces inflammation, is a powerful antioxidant, can be a liver tonic, a strong diuretic, it’s antibacterial and can help with diabetes. Compared to broccoli; dandelion greens have 3x more calcium, 3x more iron, 15x more Vitamin A, and 3x more Vitamin E. Not bad for a pesky weed, hey?
